PREVIEW RESTAURANT open for business





The fine dining experience that is the PREVIEW RESAURANT is again open for business.
  • Preview Restaurant is located in the Tourism & Hospitality building on the Ourimbah Campus.
  • It is a silver service cuisine restaurant classroom that is open to the public. Guests participate in a student class and witness their learning, whilst simultaneously receiving silver wait service and gourmet cuisine at a very reasonable price. Preview has been the recipient of numerous Central Coast tourism Awards for its quality and service.
  • Opening times are: August-Lunch Friday 18th, 25th. Dinner Wednesday 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th. September-Lunch Friday 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th. Dinner Wednesday 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th.
