Jacqui Quick is no slouch, when it comes to fine dining.



Jacqui introduced her menu to the kitchen brigade last Tuesday morning when we started class, as one which was "not too complicated, yet designed for impact".
And boy, did she achieve.
Preparation went extremely smooth. All the menu items were well set up, including the little all important details and garnishes.
The cooking for service was professional and unhurried. A big thank you and congratulations to the team of students in the class, helping Jacqui with the high standard achieved.
Very precise presentation, good service control and calm execution of the menu, impressed all the students and most importantly, our customers in the restaurant.
