Jeff has them all organised with exemplary preparation and an eye for any detail.
The production of the restaurant menu was executed to his plan and service, from all accounts, went very smoothly. It is a credit to Jeffrey.
Unfortunately I was away on the day and couldn't be part of the exercise, but Sandra took the class and was only full of praise of everything. That's good enough for me too.
Jeffrey's paperwork of his preparation for his menu presentation to the Preview restaurant patrons will be used as a benchmark for future students of Commercial Cookery at Ourimbah.
So, well done Jeffrey!!!
