The Preview Restaurant is open again
After a two week break in early October, we are now back in business and the restaurant is again open for your dining pleasure. The latest student chef to showcase her talent is Jessica G, who for the last two Tuesdays, delighted our Preview patrons with her menu ideas. We had a lot of students away for a variety of reasons and Jessica coped with the new situations admirably. Her menu dishes looked good, tasted good and were well received by all.
