This is what the inaugural group of diners feasted on, when our "Preview" restaurant opened its doors for the first time to the public this semester.
The talent of the evening was apprentice chef Mikaela.

All the responses from the diners were most favourable, with only well cleared plates leaving the tables. A job well done.
