Welcome to our new site
Welcome to the new Commercial Cookery site for apprentices and students of the Central Coast Campus - Ourimbah.
On this site we are planning to post the weekly restaurant menu pics, achievements, challenges, competitions and even blunders in the kitchen, we all make when learning (as long as the students are ok with that).
The student chefs on the Central Coast have a lot to offer and this is a means of showcasing their talents.
