These Martin's menu dishes. He worked with a crew of only half the class on Tuesday night. But what a culinary night it turned out to be.
His personal calm and organisational and technical skills ensured, that everyone worked to his/her full potential without any fuss. The crew was happy; the service worked a treat; the customers were happy; the class teacher was happy.
