Wyong Art Show 2007




This years event was bigger and better than ever. Teacher Robyn Brewster was the organiser for this years Art Show and our group of non trade Commercial Cookery students joined her in making this night a success.

This was the students first catering event and some of them were quite nervous as they had over 500 people in attendance.

The students did an exceptional job and they all enjoyed the experience that they gained.

Congratulations to everyone that helped in making the night a success.

John's Night of Nights




With a full restaurant, service was going to be quite busy. But with John's ability and desire to achieve he was able to lead his team through smoothly.

John had very positive feedback from guests and colleagues. Great night well done!!!

TVET Baking at Ourimbah



The new 2007 Group of TVET baking students (Year 11/12), coming from a range of Central Coast High Schools.


6 weeks of initial instruction, where the class production was allowed to be sampled and evaluated. This made many mothers' proud.


Now they are baking and decorating cakes!! This is all happening under the watchful eye of speacialist teacher Leo Gerretts.

Scott Easterman Shines




Last night Scott demonstrated his fine abilities not only as a capable craftsman, but also as a dedicated leader of people.

With the PREVIEW restaurant booked to capacity, his technical skills shone.
