Hospitality Roadshow

Hospitality Roadshow is organised through the Cessnock Industry Advisory Group and local hospitality businesses to highlight career paths in the Hunter/Pokolbin wine area.It is held in the Pokolbin area at a variety of businesses/accommodations/wine venues.

Our Ourimbah group of Certificate III non trade cookery students participated on the day and all were most impressed with the work and career options open to them and to see other aspects of the hospitality industry in general.

Two students were chosen to team up with a Pokolbin Wine Country chef and be part of a demonstration and then cook the meals for the participats of the roadshow.
