Paul Hodges had a great night

This week it was Paul who had to stand up to the challenge.
He had a beautifully balanced menu that was well accepted with the night's guests.
One of the comments received said that "the professional manner observed from the time of booking to the night was excellent. Nothing was a problem from any angle".
Paul showed great leadership on the night. Great job Paul.

Annual Breakfast

Wednesday morning our students from our full time Commercial Cookery Non-trade class were catering for an annual breakfast for Australian Apprenticeship Centres on the Central Coast. Not only did they cook a nutritious breakfast, they waited on tables. The breakfast was organised by Louise Frankiewicz (Program Manager - Business Strategies Group), and the key speaker was the Hunter Institutes own Harry Rainbow (Director - Educational Planning & Development).
