Baking TVET students from Ourimbah feature on 92.5 ABC Local radio

TAFE delivered Vocational Educational Training (TVET) students from local Central Coast High Schools studying Baking at Ourimbah Campus baked up a big batch of biscuits, which they donated to the Cancer Council's major fundraiser.
Their efforts were highlighted on local ABC radio 92.5 by their teacher, Leo gerrets who has a permanent fortnightly presentation spot at the ABS's Erina studio. (Check it out!!!)

PREVIEW RESTAURANT open for business

The fine dining experience that is the PREVIEW RESAURANT is again open for business.

• Preview Restaurant is located in the Tourism & Hospitality building on the Ourimbah Campus.
• It is a silver service cuisine restaurant classroom that is open to the public. Guests participate in a student class and witness their learning, whilst simultaneously receiving silver wait service and gourmet cuisine at a very reasonable price. Preview has been the recipient of numerous Central Coast tourism Awards for its quality and service.
